Dr. Shari L. Gustin, O.D.
Dr. Shari L. Gustin, O.D. founded Webster Eyecare Associates in 1994 after moving to the Webster community. Along with her husband, Michael, Dr. Gustin purchased the practice from Dr. Robert Brennan, who had proudly served patients in the office for 30 years prior. Since then, Dr. Gustin has continued to build a practice centered around personalized care, advanced eye health services, and lasting patient relationships.
Dr. Gustin believes that a private practice setting provides the ideal environment to deliver exceptional, individualized care. By taking the time to truly get to know her patients, she creates a comfortable and welcoming experience where patients of all ages feel valued and confident in their eye care. Specializing in primary eye care, Dr. Gustin provides comprehensive eye examinations, medical eye care, contact lens fittings, and pre- and post-operative eye care. She is dedicated to helping patients maintain healthy vision through preventative care, early detection, and personalized treatment plans.
Dr. Gustin graduated cum laude from the University of Rochester in 1986, earning both a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She later earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1991, where she graduated with honors. Throughout her career, Dr. Gustin has remained committed to continuing education and professional excellence. She is a member of the Rochester Optometric Society, New York State Optometric Association, and American Optometric Association.
Outside of the office, Dr. Gustin enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their son, Ryan, in the Webster community she has proudly served for decades.

A native of the Rochester area, Dr. Hochreiter grew up in Penfield, NY, graduated from Penfield High School, and completed his undergraduate studies in Biology at St. John Fisher College. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and went on to complete a specialized residency in Pediatric Optometry and Binocular Vision at The Eye Institute. Dr. Hochreiter began his professional career as a staff Optometrist and later served as the Deputy Director of Optometry Services at Yukon-Kuskokwim Delta Regional Hospital in Bethel, Alaska. Dr. Jordan Lamb, O.D.
Dr. Jordan Lamb is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized eye care for patients of all ages, with a special passion for pediatric eye care and helping children develop healthy vision. She believes that great eye care starts with building meaningful relationships with her patients.
Dr. Lamb earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from SUNY Fredonia before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. During her optometric education, she pursued advanced studies in binocular vision and vision therapy, expanding her knowledge of how the eyes work together and how vision impacts learning, development, and daily life.
As an optometric intern at The Eye Institute, Dr. Lamb focused on pediatric eye care and traumatic brain injury (TBI) examinations. She continued developing her clinical skills through externships at Wagner Family Eyecare and Batavia VA Medical Center, where she gained valuable experience in pediatric care, comprehensive eye examinations, and the diagnosis and management of ocular disease.
Dr. Lamb’s love for optometry began at a young age — she genuinely enjoyed going to the eye doctor as a child, which inspired her desire to create that same positive experience for her patients. She takes the time to learn about each patient as an individual, including their hobbies, interests, and lifestyle, because she believes the strongest care comes from understanding the person behind the prescription.
Outside of the office, Dr. Lamb enjoys exploring her many creative interests, including video games, baking, and crafting. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and dedication to patient care make her a valued member of the Webster Eyecare Associates team.
